1. Bookings & Deposits
A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your selected treatment. The remaining balance must be paid in full at your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
If sufficient notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

Cancellations made within 12 hours 1 minute and 24 hours notice, require 50% of the treatment fee to be paid. 
Cancellation made with 12 hours’ notice or less, will require full treatment fee to be paid.

Once the time before your appointment is less than 48 hours, this results inability to rebook not being possible (loss of deposit and appointment rescheduling).

A new booking will have to be made. If not you’ll be banned from future treatments.

3. Refund Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes cancellations, missed appointments, or late rescheduling requests.

4. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid impacting other bookings.
The full treatment fee will still apply.

5. No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and FULL treatment fee to be paid.
Future bookings may require full payment in advance.

6. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or concerns prior to treatment.
Treatments may be declined if considered unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Liability Disclaimer
All treatments are carried out professionally and with due care.
Clients acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical manipulation of the body and may carry inherent risks.
Zenjai Thai Massage will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage where this arises from:
Undisclosed medical conditions
Failure to follow aftercare advice
Pre-existing conditions or sensitivities
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Payment Methods
The remaining balance is payable at your appointment via accepted payment methods (e.g. cash, card, or bank transfer).
